Tim Somers, President and CEO of Team First Training has nearly 30 years of executive level leadership experience in Sales, Marketing, HR and Learning & Development with industry leading CPG companies. Tim is also published on the topic of Coaching and has helped bring the Culture of Coaching to life within the leadership team of several billion-dollar organizations. 

We strongly believe in the concept of "the batting cage", which is to say that if you expect to elevate your skills you must commit to hands-on regular practice. Our workshops are experiential and driven by engaging exercises that allow the participant to become comfortable and confident in using new techniques.

We understand the "real world" that sales people are challenged by because we've been there and done it. Thousands of sales people, managers and training professionals have attended Tim's workshops and have found sustainable solutions to their selling and leadership challenges.
